RAWALPINDI: The Airport Security Force (ASF) foiled an attempt to smuggle heroin to London from Benazir Bhutto Internat
ional Airport on Monday.
According to the airport security force, about one and a half kilogram of heroin was recov
ered from luggage of the suspect, identified as British citizen Khalid Zaman.
The suspect, who was travelling to London via Pakistan Internat
ional Airlines (PIA) fl
ight 785, has been
arrested and handed over to t
he Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) for further investigation, said ASF.
